dilema seorang anak

Tiap kali ada exam, intebiu, test yg melibatkan gomen(government), mesti aku akan berperang dengan bonda tercinta..

Rasanya baru 2-3 minggu lepas aku bertikam lidah, tetiba kena perang lagi

Aku tidak pasti adakah mentaliti semua kaum ibu adalah sama..
Biasanya aku berjaya berhujah
Keluarkan dalil-dalil
betapa aku tidak minat pada kerajaan
tapi kali ini
Ibu aku guna taktik baru

Dia sudah pandai berpolitik
reverse psikologi

Yang tak boleh tahan
Dia merintih sayu

Anak
Masa kecik
Bila makan perlu disuap
Bila menangis perlu dipujuk
Bila tidur perlu dibelai
Bila duit perlu dibagi
Jadilah anak kita
tapi
bila
dah besar
dah ada kehidupan sendiri
Kata2 ibu
masakan mahu didengar
dan anak
pada waktu ini akan menjauh

Aku tahu hatinya pedih kala ini
Tak ada satu pun anak2 keje kerajaan
Dan aku pun macam xde semangat dengan kerajaan
Sebetulnya
Aku tidak mahu terikat
Makan gaji
Sukarkah untuk mengerti?

Mungkin sebab itu
borang SPA 8 yang aku isi tiap2 tahun
tanpa pernah pergi intebiu walau sekali pun
Seringkali mengundang kecewa di hatinya
Aku pon isi ntah ape2
Penolong asramalah
Pembantu penjaralah
sekadar lengkapkan borang

oh..aku memang tidak berminat
dengan perkataan ini

  5. To Ms. Semut Sesat,

There's a reason why your beloved-turn-fiery mom insisted that you be working under the Government's wing.

Considering myself as a government servant, I like to point out about what we call 'Career Security'. Once we work under the government wing, there's a sure chance for you to be fed by the government up until the day you die (but you must work for a hell of 25 years minimum).

On the other hand, let's considering your mom's thought. She probably has seen enough of people jumping ships in private sectors, whereas there's no job security at all. Plus, old folks tend to be worry when he/she sees something terrible like economy recession which forced millions of people walking outta their office.

I once went against my dad's will to work under government. Though the salary is high enough for a lower exec, I had never been able to even purchase a new motorbike. Eventually, I bear my own feet to walk into government's wing as to fulfill my dad's wish.

After less than a year, my sacrifice paid off. I could even purchase a car (though it was a secondhand one. Plus, a national car). I could even live on my own.

The moral I got from my own xp, blessings from the God would only eventually shower upon you when your parents granted you their blessing. Trust me, t'was a real-life xp.
